This is a bird survey of a wet woodland area located in The Woodland Education Centre at Offwell, East Devon, South West England. The Wet Woodland is  being restored as part of a much larger community project.  The project,  which is called the Northern Study Area Wetlands Project, is being funded through the Local Heritage Initiative (LHI) and the Pennon Water Champions Fund, together with support from the Forestry Commission, the International Tree Foundation and Offwell Environment Link.   The Wet Woodland Bird Survey is complementary to the Wet Woodland Plant Survey.
